Aliens have spacecraft and submarines and the US Navy is running a secret program called the “Fast Mover Program” to detect them, a leading member and analyst of MUFON (Mutual Ufo Network) has said.

His name is Marc D’Antonio and he is an astronomer and lead video analyst for the Mutual UFONetwork (MUFON), a famous UFO center, perhaps one of the most accredited in the world. Marc claims that while aboard an American submarine in the North Atlantic, he saw an alien craft traveling at an impossible speed – an unidentified underwater object or USO.
Marc’s claims were made at the Wyoming Devils Tower UFO Rendezvous, a place where UFO experts and enthusiasts from all over the United States gather in Wyoming National Park, a fantastic location where some scenes from the famous movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind were filmed. The MUFON expert during the congress said: “Thanks to some important work I did on behalf of the US Navy, the officers asked me if I wanted to go on a submarine ride and I didn’t think twice about it, so I said yes.” “Once we got on the submarine, the officer had me sit at the SONAR tracking station, right next to the operator. Submarines are very noisy – people think they are very quiet inside, and it is true that nothing is heard outside, but inside you hear the sounds of the turbines, a constant and annoying noise. Well… while I was sitting next to the Sonar operator, suddenly the boy started shouting: “fast engine, fast engine”. Am I awake? What’s going on? Is it a torpedo or something? The executive officer comes out, the operator shows the path of the object and the commander says: “How fast?” And the boy says “several hundred knots”. I started leaning in to listen and the officer said to the boy: can you confirm?
Then he goes to another signaling machine and then confirms that it is not a sonar anomaly, so it was not a machine failure, but rather a real object that was captured, defined as an unidentified object and it was very fast. I thought “wow this is amazing”.
“When the sonar boy said, ‘What do I do with that?’ the officer responded, ‘Record it and chase it’ – in other words, ‘bury the record’, or rather, ‘make it disappear.’” Marc D’Antonio said that a few years later, he had the opportunity to talk to a senior U.S. Navy SEAL about what he had seen and witnessed. “I asked him, ‘Can you tell me anything about the Fast Mover Program?’ He looked at me and said, ‘I’m sorry Marc can’t talk about that program.’ So I basically confirmed that the program exists – he said it all without seeing anything.”
According to MUFON experts and ufologists from other countries, the Fast Mover Program is a program that records alien ships in the depths of the oceans and is incorporated into the instrumentation on board American submarines and ships, such as torpedo boats and cruisers.
“What the US Navy senior told me is that USOs – unidentified underwater objects, are common and are often picked up by the sonar of nuclear submarines from other Navy ships. The Fast Mover Program is a program that can classify, record and determine the speed of these alien objects.”
