It’s been over 10 years since the strange videos of the alien “Skinny Bob” were posted on the internet. Even today, the truth or falsehood of this remains a question.
Many things related to aliens have been published on the internet. However, one that left its mark on everyone who watched it was the Skinny Bob videos .
This series of videos has been claimed to show living aliens within some sort of government program .
Slim Bob: What is it really?
In 2011, a strange video went viral on the web. The footage was uploaded to YouTube by user Ivan0135 and supposedly leaked footage of aliens being interrogated by some government agency. Presumably, the KGB .
The alien belongs to the Grey race . The creature is described as a being from the Zeta Reticuli star system , sent there as part of an agreement to discuss matters of mutual interest.
As he comments, these aliens would have been escorted by special officers and only met with high-ranking officials.
Although there were several, only one is seen in the video, which they call “Skinny Bob”.
The alien has a thin, stooped appearance, with a large, oversized bald head. The mouth is slit-shaped and the eyes are large, expressive, and blinking. Its hands have extremely long fingers.
There were supposedly a series of interviews with the creature between 1942 and 1969 , although only a few videos have been leaked.
The best known is the one that shows Skinny Bob sitting at a table, in an apparently telepathic interview . Later, a shot of his full body is shown and a shot of him, inside a kind of pool with some unknown liquid , where he slept.
According to the videos, the aliens were filmed with or without their consent . In “document 072/E”, an alleged accident that occurred in 1961 is described, where 3 beings realize that they were being filmed, and consider this a violation of their agreement .
Supposedly, the treaty stipulated that no photography or filming of the entities was allowed unless permission was given. The aliens were so upset that the treaty had to be revised, although it is unclear what happened.
It is believed that there were other videos that were removed from the network.

Ben Philips examined the videos and came up with his own conclusion: The special effects expert
“If Skinny Bob was fake, he’s either an animatronic puppet or CGI… or a mix of both. If it’s digital, that’s fine and the creator was a professional. This isn’t keyframe animation, it’s motion capture. If it was motion capture, you’d need a studio setup. Setting up a studio means money and more people.”
If it was a puppet, then not only is it an amazing design, but the puppeteers were the best; the way he changes pose and looks down as he’s being measured is very well done and one of the reasons why, if he is a CGI character, it was done using motion capture and not animated keyframes.
I’m not saying it’s not fake. I’m proposing that if it was, it was done by a multidisciplinary team of effects professionals. They spent a lot of time and money building physical models for extremely short clips that weren’t even the main subject of the video. If it is fake, no one involved has broken their silence since May 2011 to claim their jobs.”
Others have pointed out that the frame rate is not correct. Discussions range from whether or not the footage was 16mm to why there is a camera “click” sound over everything.
But even to skeptics, it’s still a mystery why someone would go to the trouble of making a Skinny Bob fake. No one even knows who ivan0135 is.
