It’s possible that these creatures were here in the very beginning of earth’s development. Given that if they were then it stands to reason why we still see them and people way before us have also seen them. It goes back to Biblical day that people have been interacting with these strange beings and why they are here is probably never gonna be disclosed or even known. Either way we were still created by GOD and not by these creatures. They very well could be watchers which were not supposed to bother the human race only to be keeping an eye out on them and not interacting with them.
